Mission Statement
Cooking With Jazz, Inc. is a full service catering company. Shari Triche started the company in 1998. Shari was in the restaurant business since 1982. Shari is the executive chef and develops all of the recipes for Cooking with Jazz. Shari's passion is still the cooking, but due to her additional responsibilities as owner of a growing company in 2007 she has began delegating some of this fun task to her wonderful staff. Shari and her husband James are from Louisiana where cooking is a way of life, and they jazz everything up. Shari and her staff work with each individual client to personalize their special event. Shari and James pride themselves in only hiring the best people to work with. Everyone on the staff goes above and beyond to accommodate the guests with the highest possible quality and service.
In 2009, with the business continuing to grow, Shari has hired a Manager to assist with the day to day operations as well as manage the new clientele. Ginger Robitaille, joins the team with four years of catering business experience. Ginger is an expert in the kitchen and in helping clients plan events. As a previous client of Cooking with Jazz she understands the quality and service expected by clients of the business and she will maintain this level of quality and service for current and future clients.
