Corporate Cafeterias

We currently operate two corporate cafeterias in Boulder County that have been a great success for us and our clients. We offer a wide range of items on the daily menu to meet everyone’s dietary concerns and preferences.

We have a variety of sandwiches and entrée salads, as well as hot dishes including a daily blue plate special available Monday through Friday. Example of a menu:

Blue Plate Specials:

Monday: Chicken Entrée Day
Tuesday: Italian Day
Wednesday: Mexican Day
Thursday: Cajun Day
Friday: Chef’s Choice/Client Request Day

Homemade Pizza
Burritos and Tacos
Soup of the Day

We work with each individual cafeteria to customize the menu for their needs and cafeteria set up.
